1. Are your franchisees harnessing the power of digital marketing? If Yes, are they doing so effectively? How can you tell?


2. How are you gathering local data? Do you have insight into local marketing metrics and KPIs?


3. Budgets… Are your franchisees’ marketing budgets going as far as they need to? Are suppliers providing value for what they charge? Again, how can you tell?


4. For the marketing that is happening, is it aligned with what your brand is doing? Are your franchisees in lock step with that plan? If they aren’t digital marketing costs go up, though not because of outside competition, it’s because your organization is competing with itself!
